- ➤ The Kentucky Court of Appeals reversed a 2024 ruling that dropped a gun charge against convicted felon Jecory Frazier, saying there was no basis to find the charge unconstitutional under the Second Amendment—Frazier was indicted in 2022 for possessing a firearm and tampering with evidence. WLKY
