The Kentucky Court of Appeals reversed a 2024 ruling that dropped a gun charge against convicted felon Jecory Frazier, saying there was no basis to find the charge unconstitutional under the Second Amendment—Frazier was indicted in 2022 for possessing a firearm and tampering with evidence.

The Kentucky Wildcats lost to the Georgia Bulldogs in Athens—35 to 14—after quarterback Cutter Boley connected on a 29-yard touchdown pass on Saturday, Oct.
4. The Wildcats now prepare to face No. 9 Texas on Oct. 18.
