Amy Stahley has been selected by Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky — the state's leading voice on child abuse prevention — to represent Hardin County in the 2025 Upstream Academy, where she will help set statewide prevention efforts in motion.

Kentucky Fish and Wildlife announced a new regulation that makes it unlawful to use drones to take or harass fish and wildlife while allowing KFW employees, contractors, and approved landowners (for safety, law enforcement, research or management) to use them for specific purposes. The regulation gives clear guidelines (for authorized use) and is now in effect.
