Nine Head Start centers operated by the Central Kentucky Community Action Council in Radcliff and Elizabethtown will remain open after Nov.

1 to ensure continued early childhood education for local families.

Elizabethtown Community and Technical College began phase one of its $60.5 million renovation for the Occupational Technical Building with a beam signing ceremony Monday afternoon, updating facilities built in 1966, 1975, and 1985.
