- ➤ Gov. Andy Beshear joined Kingspan Group PLC leaders to announce that Tate will build its largest North American facility in Glasgow—a $61.2 million project that will create 400 full-time manufacturing jobs. The new 764,000-square-foot plant will be Tate’s first in Kentucky and will produce thermal management and airflow solutions. K105
- ➤ The LTADD Workforce team is working with Akebono employees in Elizabethtown to help them secure new jobs ahead of the planned plant closure — many workers may face layoffs soon. The News-Enterprise

- ➤ Hardin County Schools, Elizabethtown Independent Schools and the Central Kentucky Community Foundation are urging families to register for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library — the program sends a free age-appropriate book every month to children from birth to age five and has 38 percent of eligible children participating.
