  • Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman filed a lawsuit against Roblox yesterday, saying the gaming site lets predators reach children by allowing users as young as five to view violent and explicit content—he insists the company add stronger safety checks like parental consent and age verification. The suit, filed in Madison County Circuit Court, seeks to hold Roblox accountable and could fine the company up to $2,000 per violation.  WKYU-FM
  • LaRue County E-911 lifted the burn ban Monday with new Fall Forest Fire Hazard Season restrictions in place through December 15 — recent rains improved drought conditions in nearby counties where some areas upgraded from severe to moderate drought.  Quicksie 98.3
  • Kentucky Department of Fish & Wildlife Resources launched the new KY Deer & Elk app to help hunters with offline maps, custom county planning, and access to licenses & telecheck information, making the hunt safer and easier this season.  WLKY
