GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Cornbread Hemp—a Kentucky-based hemp company—filed a federal lawsuit in Nashville challenging a Tennessee law that would force its products to go through local wholesalers before reaching consumers. The suit argues that banning health claims limits its free speech and forces the company to either stop selling or establish a local presence, and it is pending in federal court.  WLKY
