A future Eagle Scout is building bat boxes in two local parks to support wildlife.
The project is part of his community service and will improve park habitats in Elizabethtown.

The Kentucky Blood Center urgently calls on donors as low supplies due to high transfusion rates put local hospitals at risk in central and eastern Kentucky.
Donation centers (and mobile drives) are open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
