  • A new Head Start preschool opened in Elizabethtown to serve 64 preschoolers with affordable child care—offering speech and occupational therapy as well as free meals. Officials, including Lt. Governor Jacqueline Coleman, held a Friday morning ribbon-cutting as the program prepares to begin on Aug. 25.  WLKY
