Applications for the 2027 Kentucky Derby Festival Royal Court opened Monday for full-time college students from Kentucky and southern Indiana who meet GPA and age guidelines.

Interested students must apply online by Sunday, Oct. 11 to be eligible for $1,000 scholarships, gifts, and a complimentary wardrobe (which offers a chance to serve as a festival ambassador).
