On Saturday, Lighthouse Academy held its annual Health and Back-to-School Fair in Newburg—giving over 1,000 backpacks, free physicals, vision screenings and dental checks—and free lunches from JCPS Bus Stop Café to help kids, while Jefferson County schools partnered to support students from single-parent homes.
