  • A head-on crash on Ky. 261 near the 13000 block in Breckinridge County killed two men and a baby Saturday evening—Owensboro driver Joseph Maynard, 48, lost control of his Ford F-150 and hit a Chevy Silverado carrying driver Hunter Lyons, 22, and a one-year-old who died, while a woman in the truck was taken to hospital.  WLKY
