City and Elizabethtown Tourism announced the new name, SteelGrove Amphitheatre, for the outdoor music venue at Buffalo Lake.
The venue (40–45% complete) will host concerts, festivals, and community events when it opens in spring 2027.

KYTC finished demolition on I-65 and construction crews are now rebuilding as they work to reopen two lanes in each direction by Aug.
1 — with two southbound lanes from University Boulevard to the Watterson reopening at the end of June.
