Elizabethtown police arrested 67-year-old Robert Hayes after he allegedly drove the wrong way on Westport Road and chased a victim in his car, striking several vehicles before apprehension—victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Flooding in early April killed seven people and caused severe damage to homes, businesses, and local areas approved for federal aid—residents in these areas must apply for SBA disaster loans soon, with physical damage loans due by June 23 and economic injury loans by January 26.

This funding also lets applicants request up to an extra 20% to improve property protection against future disasters.
