U.S. tariffs on imported flowers and nursery products are expected to drive up prices—providing local flower farmers with new opportunities to sell more crops.
🏥 Health
The FDA announced a recall of cucumbers from Bedner Growers grown between April 29 and May 19 after 26 people, including some in Kentucky, became ill with salmonella and nine were hospitalized.
Stores, restaurants, and consumers are advised to discard the affected cucumbers + clean any surfaces they touched.
