- ➤ Dr. Shannon Holt of the Heels Together Initiative launched the PinkDot Project this week to fight period poverty by placing donation bins (17 drop locations) and hosting proclamation signings (Elizabethtown, Radcliff and Hardin County offices) so residents can donate period supplies to support women and girls.
