  • Central Kentucky Community Action Council announced that Samantha 'Sam' Ross is its new community services & HEAP director. She will lead programs supporting local households and funding assistance efforts.  The News-Enterprise

CULTURE NEWS

  • Danny Wimmer Presents launched DWP Concerts and partnered with the city to consult on building a 10,000-capacity amphitheater (largest in central Kentucky) near Buffalo Lake. Louisville talent buyer Billy Hardison will guide booking and promotion for the new venue, with more details coming soon.  Quicksie 98.3

EDUCATION NEWS

  • Hardin County Schools are hosting a donation drive for key items to support elderly care home residents. Students & families can drop off supplies at donation bins in each school through May 5.  Quicksie 98.3
