- ➤ State lawmakers awarded the Louisville Orchestra $3.2 million to extend its free tour through 2028, with stops in Glasgow (Elizabethtown) and Shelby County this summer. Since 2022, the tour reached about 57,000 people through concerts, school visits, and community events. WLKY

- ➤ Elizabethtown Community and Technical College will hold its 2026 Giving Day next Wednesday during Community College Month. Community members can look forward to opportunities that support the college. The News-Enterprise
