- ➤ The City has brought back the free Silly Goose on the Loose Scavenger Hunt at Freeman Lake Park until May 3. Families follow clues to find ten hidden geese and get a goody bag + a chance to win a prize drawn on May 4. Quicksie 98.3
- ➤ Nolin River Wildlife will host its annual fundraiser at 6 p.m. Friday, Apr. 17 at the Hardin County Fairgrounds with country food, a live auction, a DJ, and a wolf pup ambassador (Lobo) to support animal rescue. Tickets cost $50 and all proceeds fund rescue and rehabilitation efforts. Quicksie 98.3

- ➤ Two Kentucky colleges helped with NASA's Artemis II mission by contributing expertise; Centre College alum Jimmy Skaggs worked as a Spacecraft Flow Manager for Lockheed Martin while Morehead State students tracked the project. - ➤ Emma Childress (first-generation WKU student from Elizabethtown) will study Arts, Activism and Social Justice at the University of Bristol through the Fulbright UK Summer Institutes.
