- ➤ Governor Beshear ordered flags at state buildings to be lowered at half-staff Friday from sunrise to sunset to honor Staff Sgt. Benjamin Pennington, whose remains were interred at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery – Central in Radcliff. He invited community members and local organizations to join the tribute. Quicksie 98.3
- ➤ Daniel Cameron returned to Elizabethtown to campaign for U.S. Senate + he greeted familiar faces as the May primary nears. The News-Enterprise
- ➤ State Rep. Samara Heavrin sponsored House Bill 164 that would raise hearing aid coverage for children from $1,400 to $2,500 per ear and expand access to nearby audiologists. The Senate passed the measure and delivered it to the governor for review. K105
