BUSINESS NEWS
- ➤ Churchill Downs, Turfway Park, Ellis Park, and Presque Isle Downs will keep their race days after reaching an agreement with the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority. The agreement covers fees of about $5 million (with $250,631 in interest) and will dismiss enforcement actions once conditions are met. WLKY

- ➤ The registration window is open until Thursday, Apr. 16 for teens 15-19 with a permit or license to join the Safe Teen Driving Challenge by signing up at kentuckyhighwaysafety.com.
