GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ The EPA approved opt-out requests from the federal gas reformulation program, which could lower fuel costs in Louisville. Local drivers may save 25 cents per gallon (estimated annual savings of $137 million) as the area now meets air quality standards. WLKY

- ➤ Students at Clarkson Elementary received on-site dental care from the Big Smiles Kentucky In-School Dental Program hosted by the Clarkson Family Resource Center. The program treated 51 students by providing exams, cleanings, sealants + fillings and saved 107 days of instruction and parent workdays. K105
