About this event

This class will blend MELT foam rolling and hand and foot treatments with yoga inspired stretches to address stuck stress that can impact our range of motion, strength and overall sense of well-being. No experience required and all supplies are provided. The studio does carry MELT products for sale to allow you to continue the practices at home for even greater benefit!
